5 years ago @GeorgeYoungDRA, @LourantdelaRey has advised that 9 VM's will be available by COB Friday. These VM's will have the same applications loaded as a New DRA PC, IE Windows, Office, InfoSlips, Viewers, etc.

5 years ago VM environment was made available, logged on to create baseline Generic 3D CAD profile, started with AutoCAD 2020 installation. Approx 15 min in to the install process the Remote Desktop session ended; screen preview in the VMWare environment appeared to show a Windows "Blue Screen". Could no longer re-instate the Remote session, subsequently the sesssion on VMWare logged out due to inactivity. I'm not in possession of the username and password required. Will follow up on Monday 30th Sept.

4 years ago @GeorgeYoungDRA could you please provide feedback for how far you are with the Installations of the Applications on the various VM's? The Vault Upgrade will most likely happen over the weekend of the 2 November 2019. Once the Environment is upgraded Cape Town and Toronto will be given the go ahead to upgrade their Workstations to 2020, but they will need the Images copied to their local server prior to that date. ICT has asked for a minimum of a week to get the copies of the images to all regions, and we ahouls allow another week to take the VM's and create Images from them. Based on these time lines would it be possible for you to have all Profiles with appropriate Autodesk Applications setup by COB 25 October 2019?

The availability of a baseline image for the CPT Office will be available for early next week. I’ll contact Shaun G to finalise the requirements for that, hopefully tomorrow Fri 18th Oct. I still have a question mark regarding the requirements for Toronto; as far as I’m aware we are still awaiting an indication of the typical requirement(s), once there’s visibility of this it will be easier to scope a date for availability. Regarding the Sunninghill requirements; with an expected deployment of 2020 version software for end November this should not present any issues for the defined profiles as previously specified.
