This has not been tested on a computer yet, so it is not ready for a formal pull request. However, there are major changes to how train_model.py is called, so it would be good for others to look at it to decide on how to call the class outside of command line arguments.
Changes:
Create grid_search.py, which runs grid search.
Add in jobscripts for grid_search, retnet, and transformer.
make train_model() method for train_model.py, which takes in list of parameters (rather than args). Move command line args call to separate section of code under main, which then calls train_model() with args passed in.
