This PR just adds the link to our HF repo to the readme. This shouldn't make our work any more visible, so I'm not too worried about contaminating the web with our preprint like we were with the readme initially. Some things to keep in mind about this new repo, only Dr. Fulda's actual employees can write to it for now, so Jay, me, and maybe Jackson (that's kind of up to him, he's graduating soon, so he may not bother joining the lab's new HF organization).
However, PRs can be submitted and people can discuss, so if someone wants to upload the model they trained, they can submit a PR and one of us will approve it!
