Where was it bought?

It would also help us if you give us access to the setting for the domain name.

Hi @sohilpandya, We have a landing page at www.spark-app.net, but we will be putting a new version up soon. We would like to have a Login button here that redirects to the app. Can we use a sub-page such as www.spark-app.net/app/ for example?

Our domain is bought through UKhosting.net but our website is hosted by Powered by Penguins. We would consider moving hosting provider if speed and performance is an issue.

Is this the correct address for the website?

I also tried logging into hostinguk.net and http://ukhosting.com/ But login details are incorrect for the two sites I mentioned above.

This is the driect url that i use to log-in... it can also be accessed by hostinguk.net and then choosing "Parallels":

I think this is working now if you go to app.spark-app.net it redirects to heroku... they only thing is it displays the heroku URL in the URL bar, rather than the app.spark-app.net. Any ideas?

@rickardinho I am really not sure why this is not working, https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains

We've pretty much followed the steps provided in here, I have also added the CNAME in your ukhosting panel, maybe the time it takes to propogate is slightly longer, we can try again in a little while.

But the only step left is to add the CNAME for it. Which I have now done, that usually does it.
