upload photo buttons formatting and text #368

can the "Upload a photo" button text be "Upload Photo" and "Choose a file" to "Choose a photo to upload" Can choose a file button be same size and font as Going/Not Going buttons, and make the background colour the same blue as the menu bar at the bottom.

Also, can the choose a file button be centred.
