Spinner in Calendar screen needs repositioning. #196

When calendar screen is loading, Spinner is only showing the bottom half of the spinner (its too far up the page and top half is hidden by the screen title bar). Needs moving down a bit.

@rickardinho this is more like a enhancement and styling issue. We can have a look at this one once we finish bugs.
