App Container not currently hooked up #11

AppContainer not used - this was to check for an internet connection i think in the web-app… but as nested routes are not allowed in ReactNativeRouterFlux, this will have to be done a different way. Perhaps we want this to only be an error that pops up when we try to make a web request? As presumably more of the app will work offline? Is there anything else in AppContainer and App.js from the old app that we need to build in?
