To complete - styling of confirmed event screens and general styling

Dave to complete these and clean up general styling across the app.

@rickardinho Quite a lot has changed since Anita and I changed the navigation. Rather than pushing the branch you've been working from, could you please:

• pull down the latest from the master branch
• create a new branch on your computer from master (name it something like 'styling')
• reapply any styling changes to the new branch.
• push the new branch up to github

Once you've pushed, you make a pull request on github to master. Anita and I can review it and merge it in. Then we can continue like that from now on.

So after merging your pull request to master, you would:

• pull down from master (again)
• merge master with the 'styling' branch on your computer
• continue with styling; push up to github; etc etc

Does this make sense?

Hi Mina, I tried to push the new branch to github, but I'm getting the following error message:
