Adds the Render tab to the Textures Editor interface for viewing models and seeing texture changes live. This update also dramatically improves the render engine in a number of ways, including support for more model/texture variations in the game, much better rendering performance, and has transitioned further into using programmable shaders instead of relying on the fixed-function pipeline. (Also adds numerous minor fixes/improvements to other aspects of the program.)
