- Fixed Numpy/Matplotlib-Error that arises when no coverages are provided in COV/CAS files
- Created BtInput lib (which takes care of input validation, so far only for "create.py")
- Parsing of JSON now into BlobDB instead of ugly-dict
- Fixed progressbar for BAM parsing
