Fix bug in covplot.py that allowed for coverages lower than 0.02 on the y-axes
Fix bug in covplot.py that caused output plots sharing the same y-axis to be overwritten
Fix bug in blobtools.py that prevented the help screen to be outputted when an unknown command was entered
