Update issue list #42

I created a pull request for #39. I still need to move the commands into a csv file, and I believe that we eventually need to move all the replacements to the other repository.

Are there issues for the remaining (two?) steps.

The issues relevant to texer should be moved maybe this tool https://github-issue-mover.appspot.com/ could do the job.

@HowardCohl I suggest that claude figures out how to move issues and moves the relevant issues. After he is done we can review the issues on the texer repo. I think this is more efficicient than to discuss every issue in the team
