Open a cmd / PowerShell / pwsh window or use the Windows Terminal and execute mcserv like any other cli tool

@NyCodeGHG we should consider making something that opens a terminal when jkust running the exe? This can also be useful when eventually submitting this to the msstore and can mitigate confusion
