Mod is not localising "Expensive" and "Normal" #57

In 0.17.6, when playing in French, the start of game mod settings are showing recipe mode options as "Normal" and "Expensive" instead of "Normale" and "Chère." The mod needs amending to use the locale for those words. Currently, it's hardcoded.
