Early game what can be recycled is confusing #64

The mod hides the start of game items that can be recycled, until automation is researched.
But if anything is researched before automation (for example, optics and gun turrets), then those appear as recyclable.
Change the mod so that it starts the game with all existing items as recyclable, even though there are no recycling machines available.
