qpGraph showing worst f statistic with repeated populations #53

Dear Nick,

I'm trying to work out a model with complex admixtures starting with a simple one and adding nodes. My starting point was based on a D calculation that wasn't significant, using qpDstat. But when I plot the qpGraph, I get f statistics with repeated populations. Is this normal behaviour? I'm attaching the qpGraph below. Many thanks in advance

Sure: See my 2012 Genetics paper. qpGraph looks at all f-stats not just f4
