Hey EIGENSOFT team,

Thank you for a great tool and contribution! I've been exploring using shrinkmode for projecting ancient samples on to modern PCs. I was wondering if you had a short technical writeup describing how the correction works akin to lsqproject.

I am embarrassed that I have not got a decent writeup. We are still working on variations/imrovements. I am happy you find the software useful.
