maxpop 1000 #71

is there a reason why the absolute limit of maxpop is 1000? Thank you!

In my experience a very large number of populations is usually a data error -- and there are practical reasons for a limit. a) storage may be excessive b) I compute some statistics for all pairs of populations. Do you really want to look at output for 1M pairs.
