Develop how the core team should work together. How will governance of the project work?

I haven't thought of that. I was naively respecting the research hierarchy. You are the PI, I'm the newbie.

For now this might work because we already happen to have a shared praxis for how to work in academia, but the idea for DRiP is that 1) it is open to people who might not share the praxis yet (eg undergrads without research experience), so it should be made explicit, and 2) the shared praxis for doing research in public doesn't really exist yet, so we need to define it.

I think there will be two kinds of core team as well. One core team that is maintaining the entire DRiP project, but also core teams that are maintaining the individual research projects. I think here we can learn from how it is done in open source software development.
