Tongue Tentacle (Divider) can be used through windows #1160

Description of issue:

tounguetacle and lots of other attacks (contact beam, i think plasma cutter) go right through windows

Difference between expected and actual behavior:

Should not be going through something as solid as a window.

A part of a larger issue of necromorph abilities working through windows, will consolidate later.

Potentially need to rework Divider feature.
