(Sprite Suggestion) Simplistic Civilian Rig #1943

Suggestion: Make a civilian rig without all the extra parts just the health bar and stasis meter when that's implemented

What do you think it'd add: It's just be cool for the people who don't like the bulky approach of the civ rig like me!

this is already planned, its just a matter of getting the sprites.

The goal is to have multiple visual variants you could select in loadouts
