[SUGGESTION] Dust storm to stop infinite spacewalkers #951

Suggestion: Add an infinite dust storm that does damage, like TG Lavaland ashstorms, to stop survivors sitting in space forever.

What do you think it'd add:

It will stop survivors camping in space the entire round where Necromorphs can't reasonably affect them at all, thus speeding up the game and stopping the last man alive but in space that keeps dragging rounds out into tedium.

Yet the constant damage shouldn't be too severe, instead making it a risk-reward style of system, where you can risk doing a brief space walk to escape a necromorph coming to kill you, or risk a walk to get to the bridge and call for evac but you can't stay out there forever.

This gives player agency and choice instead of being the optimal way to actually survive and escape alive, it allows the Necromorphs to do counter play as well like frantic growthing openings so people have to work to get back into the ship while taking damage.

We also have a canon explanation of why there would be a dust storm in the first place... the USG Ishimura is a planet cracker, it literally cracked the planet as can be seen in Dead Space 1 itself. This created a metric ton of debris, not all of it large enough to be picked away at by automated defenses, but still enough to wear down and damage gear and give nasty lacerations to exposed flesh.

We even see that while Isaac is walking around the Ishimura there is still debris scrapping the sides of the ship and slowly damaging its outer hull, hours and hours after the planet has been cracked which is why the Ishimura needs so many engineers to keep it repaired in the first place since this is a constant struggle for planet cracking ships. The very act of cracking the planet is also damaging the ship as it harvests the resources.

Port or use existing Lavaland storm effects and put it on the outside of the ship, bam.

Will also use this on the new colony map.
