Changing time and date from Twilightmenu++ #1015

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My feature request is related to a problem I have on my brother DSi. It doesn't let me open system settings.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a way to change the time and date without actually changing the system time and date.

Alternative solutions Maybe just making possible to change them from Twilightmenu++ settings

Other notes I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, I didn't know if I had to post it here or on nds-bootstrap.

This would be the correct place. It is related to the menu.
