Optional gift box for new applications in DSi theme #1932

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One thing that's in the original DSi Menu that TWLM++ lacks is the gift box that new DSiWare are "wrapped" in, until opened.

Describe the solution you'd like Add this for all recognized ROMs. This would be off by default, and would only apply to ROMs added while being turned on, so that users don't unwelcomely receive several "gifts" that they have to individually unwrap when adding their ROMs or installing TWLM++.

If its disabled by default, then it wouldn't really be so..prevalent except for the minority that would tinker around with their SD card. I recommend this be enabled by default but on boot, all ROMs found get marked.
