Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Folders support custom made icons like ROMs do, so "boxart" should/could potentially be an option

Describe the solution you'd like Allow you to use custom "boxart" on the top screen for folders (i.e. Nintendo Entertainment System logo for NES ROM folder), could be transparent png or normal png
