Expected behaviour

Game closes and twlight menu loads

Actual behaviour

Both screens turn white and twlight menu doesn't load

Steps to reproduce

Open Pokemon Black/White2
Press L + R + Down + B to return to twilight menu
Both screens should turn white and get stuck

Are you able to quit the game using the in-game menu (opened with L+Down+Select)?
