SNEmulDS requires Unlaunch, but Revival doesn't? #2152

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

By default, trying to use SNEmulDS requires Unlaunch. However, the SNEmulDS Revival works just fine by following these instructions.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to open SNES ROMs without having to install Unlaunch, specifically with a method similar to the link above.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have tried changing a setting that I found in this commit, but it doesn't seem to work.

Additional context

I would like to keep the vanilla DSi menu, so Unlaunch isn't really an option for me.

Keep in mind you could keep the vanilla DSi Menu while still using Unlaunch by using our offered Unlaunch patches
