Does the same issue occur with other DS(i) mode games and/or apps?
So I was but I dumped my dsp for [DaedalusX64 and it was working again. Now it's just Twilight Menu ++ giving me issues.
Try following the DS/DSi functionalty part of this troubleshooting guide: https://3ds.hacks.guide/troubleshooting
Okay, I'll give it a try and let you know what worked.
Oh shit, that worked! Thank you! :D Just a heads up, I have to open it, I get a green screen, close it and reopen, then I'm good. Not sure why. Oh wait, so I have to run that fix if I shut down my 3DS everytime. I get it now. I'm all good, thank you!

Weird, you shouldn't need to run TWLFix every time.
I can try running it without the fix. See if it works but it seems like that's the only way I can get it to work right now. I'll try again.
