Requesting to be able to use a GIF image as a background of a theme. #2313

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, it isn't a huge issue. I most commonly use the default 3DS theme, and wish that the squares in the background would move like on the actual 3DS.

Describe the solution you'd like This could be accomplished by letting theme backgrounds use a GIF file.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

Additional context TWiLight Menu ++ is great as-is, but this would make it that much more polished.

They more or less will if you download the version of it with the Rotating Cubes rvid included

Regarding using GIFs, there's #1847

By that I mean the rounded squares in the background that cross over each other diagonally. I don't know if you could somehow rip that file from the 3DS's files but it'd be cool.
