I've polished the README.md a bit to include information on how to clone the repo (detail about submodules) and added information on the sub-folders which create the various TWL files.
I believe documenting TWL's internals might be a small help for new contributors or people who might want to hack the code.
The pull request says 5 commits, but half are just merging new changes from upstream.
Where have you tested it?
Testing markdown isn't really a thing. I did look at it in the GitHub main page for my fork.
Either way I ran make; make package and successfully booted on melonDS (running on DSi mode with my own NAND dump, Unlaunch, etc).
