Badges on the menu #2332

Describe the solution you'd like Badges are on the 3ds. They could be added to the 3ds and ds theme menu. Custom badges for the twilight menu and porting from the 3ds menu to bring badges from 3ds using same file format. When using twilight menu with the 3ds system your badges that you have on the SD card will show up in twilight menu. Available for all twilight menu versions. Additional context

they should add something like this to the dsi release so us dsi users could have custom badges too

like how custom badges work on the 3ds by putting images in a folder
