Fixes a crash that occurs in the 3DS Theme where if you press one of the top icons for Pictochat, Download Play, or the Internet Browser and that launch fails (app not found or browser not set) while your cursor is on a folder, TWiLightMenu++ would restart after you pressed A on the error message.
