Flashcard or Exploits? Heartgold Refined Gold Overhaul v.3.2.2 Base Console: N3DSXL 11.17.0-50E

TWiLight Menu++ Version: Version 26.7.0 TWiLight Menu++ Theme: n/a

Expected behavior

TWMenu to AP-patch the game or otherwise the IPS-patch in /_nds/apfix to work.

Actual behavior

Since the update of Refined Gold Overhaul 3.2.2 I can't get the game to boot anymore. Keep getting an AP error and an red screen crash when booting th game. I have the IPS-patch in the correct place from DeadSkullzJR. Tried reinstalling TWMenu but it's still not working.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Boot the game
  2. AP Warning
  3. Red screen crash

Notes

RocketRobz commented 4 months ago

The correct path is /_nds/TWiLightMenu/extras/apfix/.

LuminaryWave commented 4 months ago

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately I have the same result with the IPS in that folder. Also tried this path with the previous (wrong) directory deleted, cause I thought it causes an issue Do you have any other ideas what it could be?

RocketRobz commented 4 months ago

I forgot the _ before nds. Try again.

LuminaryWave commented 4 months ago

I assumed you meant that, no problem. That is the path I'm using, but it still doesn't seem to work. :( Have tried a lot of different HG ROM's but all give the same result

LuminaryWave commented 4 months ago

Verified the ROM I've been using and it's the correct one for the Refined Gold Overhaul. I'm seriously completely stuck on this. Can't figure out what it could be. Had fun with the game until now, but this is making me give up
