Add support for r4isdhc.com RTS Black flashcarts. #2377

Expected behavior

The boot file for the r4isdhc.com RTS Black flashcarts (`_ds_menu.sys`) should be in the `/Autoboot/M3 DS Real, M3i Zero (non-GMP-Z003), iTouchDS, R4(i) SDHC (r4rts.com)` folder. ### Actual behavior `_ds_menu.sys` is missing from this autoboot folder, meaning that r4isdhc.com's RTS Black flashcarts are unable to autoboot into Twilight Menu ### Steps to reproduce 1. Download the v26.7.0 flashcard release of Twilight Menu 2. Go into the `/Autoboot/M3 DS Real, M3i Zero (non-GMP-Z003), iTouchDS, R4(i) SDHC (r4rts.com)` folder. 3. `_ds_menu.sys` will not appear in this folder. ### Notes This file exists in the latest release of flashcard-bootstrap, however, it doesn't seem to be included in Twilight Menu's autoboot files.

I got the flashcart mixed up with a similar M3 clone, hence the title change.

Technically speaking this cart isn't supported yet. Should be easy, though.
