Super Nintendo Roms Don't Show #2381

Closed DroidlyMobile closed 4 months ago

Flashcard or Exploits? Base Console:

TWiLight Menu++ Version: TWiLight Menu++ Theme:

Expected behavior

Super Nintendo games should show in roms/snes/ directory

Actual behavior

Super Nintendo games do not show anymore on the r4isdhc.com

Steps to reproduce

1.Tried placing roms inside root of roms 2.Tried placing roms inside /roms/snes/ 3.Tried different DS consoles (DS/DSL/DSiXL/3DS) still not showing

Before the latest update or at least an older update of TWilight Menu that I still have, this worked this is all fresh however on a new R4 card and the games won't show I even tried changing the game extenstion to .snes .smc .sfc and they all don't show up still.

I just copied an old version of TWilight Menu to my R4 card and the .sfc .smc games loaded btw not sure if you broke something with the latest build of TWMenu for the R4 card but the older version does indeed work fine.

This is intended, as the current version of SNEmulDS used does not support starting ROMs via arguments. You can re-enable the ROMs by opening fat:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/settings.ini, and setting NEW_SNES_EMU_VER to 1. If the setting does not exist, add it under [SRLOADER].

There's a new version of SNESEMU for the R4 card?!

There is, but it's not used by default, due to it supporting slightly less games than the one currently in use.

I don't see this settings.ini file for the R4 card at least only settings.srldr show up.

Do you see a file that's just called settings then?
