Classic: Add tiny font and top bar text #2402

What's changed?

Added a recreation of the font used for the calendar and top bar text elements.
Added the username, time, and date to the top bar.
The time no longer displays on the bottom screen (unless in Macro mode)
Added font colors for the top bar and calendar weekend days.
