What's changed?

Fixes an issue in the 3DS/HBL theme that causes the wrong icon being displayed in the left-most box.
Fixes another issue where the bubble box's text rapidly changes when dragging and letting go of the touch screen.

Before: (Notice how the Chibi-Robo icon in the left gets replaced for a split second and also observe how the bubble text behaves)
