GBA ROMs with accent mark in the title not loading properly #2444

Expected behavior

Selecting a GBA ROM would lead to GBARunnerV2 loading the ROM directly.

Actual behavior

When the title of the ROM have any accent mark ("áéíóú" i.e. "Pokémon"), instead, selecting it would launch GBARunnerV2 at the root of the SD Card. The ROM can be selected from here and launch normally, but is annoying.

Steps to reproduce

1.Add an accent mark to the title of any GBA ROM 2.Try to launch it via TWiLightMenu

Notes

Didn't try with other cases of special characters

Not possible to fix, as this is a limitation of the argv system. Same limitation applies to Windows OS'es.
