Unable to boot `bootloader.nds` when using latest libnds #8

After Hiya's splash screen, it gets stuck on white screen.

This is the sole issue preventing a new release.

Ok, so it turns out libnds isn't the issue. There was wrong SCFG settings in the DSi header of HiyaCFW. Adding those from earlier releases fixed the issue!
