Add yet another dark 3DS skin

It is mostly the same as Void Star's dark 3DS skin, but with a few tweaks and QOL features. Also a lil' icon for Sonic Rush Adventure <3

• [x] fix sprites from ui folder
• [x] fix Settings icon on the bottom screen
• [x] add new other game consoles icons (icon_md.bmp, icon_snes.bmp etc.)

I would prefer having this replace the old one, actually. But I understand that was the original so it's fine.
