Add Bliss (Windows XP) and Mario Kart DS backgrounds #14

Bliss background uses a text color scheme loosely based on Windows XP. Mario Kart DS is based on the bottom screen of Mario Kart DS menus below the main menu, with the Mario silhouette and gradient removed so that it looks better repeated. Text color scheme based on the same menu.

Could you add them to _nds/TWiLightMenu/unlaunch/backgrounds/_meta.json too? Just copy one of the previous sections but with the right title and whatever you want to credit yourself as and such.

Otherwise I can do it after this is merged.

Edit: For categories you could maybe add a windows one to the vista ones and Bliss and do mario for MKDS
