This pull request aims to reduce the size of many files, speeding up download times via Universal-Updater and loading times via TWiLight Menu++.
In concrete terms:
All 7z archives have improved compression. This does not seem to affect decompression speed via Universal-Updater.
All PNG files have been compressed losslessly, and are still perfectly displayable by the console.
Many BIN files for DS banners have had their format modified. In fact, they were mainly coded as DSi banners; however, as they don't contain animation, I've coded them as DS banners (regular, Chinese or Korean, depending on the titles in the banner). The DSi banner format is around 8 KB, the others are between 2 KB and 2.5 KB.
All these modifications have been tested on an Old 3DS and melonDS, with Universal-Updater and TWiLight Menu++, and are fully functional.
