Persona 3 S.E.E.S. Blue

Skin visually overhauled so it's more akin to the 2024 remake of Persona 3, Persona 3 Reload.
Changed skin name to reflect said change
Changed background music, now it's a more accurate rendition of the Iwatodai Dorms soundtrack
Removed time and date, possibly temporarily
Added a Read Me file and an image to the preview list with a link and a QR code (respectively) to my ko-fi page.

Added a Read Me file and an image to the preview list with a link and a QR code (respectively) to my ko-fi page.

Moving forward, all of my skins will have the read me and the image linking to my ko-fi page once they're updated, if they are -- only if the staff is okay with that, of course. Please let me know if this is not the case.
