The long awaited Knuckles theme by some members of the Discord server is finished!

In addition, two minor changes have been made to the Sonic - IceCap Zone theme:

slight modification in the README credits, I removed the extra spaces before the :
readjustment of the bottom pixels of the dialog box for cheat codes and other messages
