This has:

My Mojave ones
SNBeast's Vista ones
SleepyLark's Kirby ones
SleepyLark's Mario ones

PR'ing this instead of directly committing it so y'all can decide if Unlaunch backgrounds belong here, I think this is a good place for them though

I think this is a good place for them to be. Also, could you make another PR that changes the R4 themes to be PNGs instead of BMP's, to reflect the changes made in v16.2.0?
