Display by author on skins site #91

It would be nice if you could display all items (and/or of a specific category) by a specific author on the skins site, to act as a portfolio of sorts.

I copied saving the search query to the URL from Universal-DB with a8a7ef8f18ac6e988442a7f11028391c9fdf97fe so now you can do https://skins.ds-homebrew.com/nintendo-dsi/?q=pk11 or so at least, it's not ideal as it's limited to the one search page but it sorta works

I'll look into proper author pages soon™, this was easy for now though
