Due date/time for Lab 3 #6

I couldn't find the date/time that Lab 3 is due but am assuming it is on Friday 9/7 at midnight (and all subsequent labs are due Friday of the given week at midnight unless otherwise posted).

Of course, we all know what happens when we assume so can anyone confirm this?

That is the due date, yes. I had a recent request to change it to Sunday night, which I am happy to entertain. My only hesitation is that I can provide feedback and help on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If I make it due Sunday I fear people will wait to the weekend and it will be harder to get help. Thoughts?

Thanks for asking, Jesse. I was thinking about that myself. I probably lean towards a Sunday submission and my thoughts are that people who can only attend the Thursday lab or need time Friday to get input don't have a lot of time left to apply new knowledge to completing the homework unless the date/time are pushed to Sunday at midnight. That said: 1) People need to be responsible for getting help when it is offered. 2) People ought to have read the chapter(s) assigned prior to coming to the workshop/lab with you. 3) The workshop/lab should assists us to do our work for the homework. Therefore, it would be helpful if during the lab time with you, we did some sample questions similar to what is in the homework rather than revisiting the information we should have read unless there are specific questions about the reading. I ran into trouble on the weekend last week because I couldn't seem to translate the reading/workshop into actual application.

Anyone else have thoughts?
