In the RMD file question part :

In Quesion 2 the control variable cased the slope estimate for Network Diversity to shift to the left toward the null hypothesis (slope=0, no impact) and as a result it lost statistical significance.

Is it referring to question 2 as written or question 1, since in question 2 we didn't mention anything about ND?

If the template is different than the lab questions please follow the lab questions. The template is a template only meant to get you started with RMD settings and sample code. They may not always reflect the current lab questions, but we assume you can adapt as necessary from the examples provided in the template.
