Question Final Project Step 1 #4

Hello, I was wondering about step 1 of the final project in the course schedule that is due tomorrow. It says "For the first step of your project you will fill out a one-page form to describe your proposed study ...". And then right underneath, there is a button labeled "Lab-02 Instructions," but clicking on it just reloads the same course schedule page. Is there a form we should be downloading? Thank you for any help.

@gitamanda Please reference the announcement on Canvas from today (7/16/2020) and please look over the final assignment instructions. There is not a direct form to download but rather you will follow the example given in the assignment instructions.
