Error Connection to Tigris #6

Hello Friends! Has anyone had it throw an error when they're trying to connect to tigris? I've been able to get the package to load and update successfully but I can't get it to pull any information. I thought maybe this was my internet connection so I gave it a day but it still hasn't resolved. I looked online and I saw people saying that it might help to use the dev version from Github but I haven't gone through the process yet. Thought I'd try on here first in case it's some sort of easy setting.

For the record, I know that we didn't use tigris for the Lab, I was just trying to figure out why I couldn't do this.
